Why should I provide my mobile phone number?
In order to facilitate delivery and receive precise information on the delivery time or any delay by the Post Office, it is recommended to indicate your mobile phone number. It is also recommended to indicate any element that would facilitate delivery, such as the door code, the presence of a guard if it is a building, etc.
How do I track my order details?
After placing an order, you will receive an email at each stage: preparation, shipping and tracking number, as well as a link that allows you to follow the status of the order. If you lose one of these emails, all order information and history is accessible via "my account".
How can I get an invoice?
To obtain the invoice for your purchases, simply log in to “my account” and follow the instructions.
Can I add gift wrapping or a personalized note?
It is indeed possible to add a small card and a wrapping bag to your order. To do this, simply request it by clicking on "Add a note" in your basket.
My order is a gift, is the invoice included in the package?
Don't worry, no document is attached to the order, but you can of course find the invoice in the "My account" tab of our website.
I received a gift card, when and how do I use it?
As a gift card recipient, you can choose from all the products on our site by adding your code at the payment stage when placing the order in the discount voucher field.
The code is unique and valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The gift card can be used once, on the cinqpoints.com website.
Valid only online on our site, not exchangeable or refundable.

Do you ship worldwide?
We deliver through our various partners in France, Europe and almost everywhere in the world. Find the complete list of countries in which we deliver here.
Outside Europe, customs fees and various taxes may be applied by the destination country. These potential fees will be your responsibility.
Is delivery free?
We actually offer delivery only in mainland France, to a relay point, from €50.
How long does delivery take?
The order preparation time is 24 to 48 hours. The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen. The usual delivery times observed are 2 to 4 working days for delivery in mainland France. For Europe and the rest of the world, this can vary between 3 and 10 working days.

How to return a product or order?
It is possible to return all or part of your order in good condition in its original unopened packaging within 14 days. We will then verify the product and refund you within one week.
All returns will be at your expense.
